摘要
简述了露天矿山机械液压油的污染与控制,从液压油污染的原因及危害、液压油污染物的来源以及液压油污染的控制等3方面叙述了液压油的污染;针对液压油污染的原因及危害,提出了多项控制液压油污染的方法,并在露天采矿项目部工程机械上的进行长时间试验。结果表明:液压油污染得到明显控制,液压系统故障率明显降低,提高了生产效率,节约了人力物力。
This article briefly introduces the pollution and control of hydraulic oil in open-pit mining machinery, describes the pollution of hydraulic oil from three aspects: the causes of hydraulic oil pollution, the sources of harmful hydraulic oil pollutants and the control of hydraulic oil pollution. Aiming at the reason and harm of hydraulic oil, the article puts forward a number of ways to control the hydraulic oil pollution. Through long time test in open-pit mining projects department engineering machinery,the results show that the hydraulic oil pollution is effectively controlled, the hydraulic system failure rate decreases obviously, which improve the production efficiency and save manpower.
