德宏州傣医药的发展现状探析

Analysis on the Development of Dai Medicine in Dehong Prefecture

德宏州地处云南西部,是傣族主要聚居地之一,由于其特殊的地理优势,深受印度文化与中原文化的影响,造就了适应傣族人民生产生活以及文化民俗的治病方法和手段,但这些行之有效的治病方法和手段随着现代医学、中医学的普及和推广,民族特色正在逐步弱化,难以存继。文章以实地调研为基础,对德宏州傣族的历史沿革、医药现状进行梳理,并就如何发展德宏州傣医药提出建议,以期为进一步挖掘德宏州傣医药的价值、打破傣医药发展困境以及促进云南民族医药的可持续发展提供参考。

Dehong prefecture is located in the western yunnan,is one of the main settlement,dai due to its special geographic advantage,is under the influence of Indian culture and central plains culture,created to adapt to the dai people's production and living,natural environment and folk culture of treating methods and means,but the effective treatment methods and means with the popularity of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and the promotion,National characteristics are gradually weakening,difficult to survive.Therefore,on the basis of field research,this paper sorts out the historical evolution and medical status quo of Dai nationality in Dehong Prefecture,and puts forward suggestions on how to develop Dai medicine in Dehong Prefecture,in the hope of providing reference for further exploring the medicinal value of Dai medicine in Dehong Prefecture,breaking the development dilemma of Dai medicine and promoting the sustainable development of Yunnan ethnic medicine.
