调任通督法治疗倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向的理论探析

Theoretical Study of“Vessel-Regulating and Governor Vessel-Dredging Acupuncture Treatment”Therapy for Treatment of Shift Work Related Sleep Disorders And Cognitive Bias

倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向以困倦、疲劳、神经认知障碍、认知功能下降、认知行为损伤为主要临床表现。随着社会的高速发展和越来越多倒班工作的产生,倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向的患病率也在随之增长。“调任通督法”对倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向疗效显著,防治意义重大,文章从“调任通督法”的相关理论入手,浅谈其病因病理及相关机制以指导临床。

The main clinical manifestations of shift work related sleep disorders and cognitive bias are sleepiness,fatigue,neurocognitive impairment,cognitive function decline and cognitive behavior impairment.With the rapid development of society and the emergence of more and more shift work,the prevalence of shift work related sleep disorders and cognitive bias is also increasing.THE“vessel-regulating and governor vessel-dredging acupuncture treatment”has a significant effect on shift work related sleep disorders and cognitive bias,and is of great significance in the prevention and treatment.Therefore,from the relevant theory of the“vessel-regulating and governor vessel-dredging acupuncture treatment”,the etiology,pathology and related mechanisms to guide the clinical work.
