Analysis on Youyi's Distinguishing and Treating Characteristics of Consumptive Disease

清代名医尤怡在张仲景等前人的基础上继承与创新,对虚劳的诊治方法进行了系统的归纳和总结,将虚劳分为虚劳营卫不足、肺劳、心劳、肾劳、脾劳、风劳、热劳、干血劳、传尸劳九种。详探病因病机,将虚劳的病因大致分为先天不足、感受外邪、烦劳过度,久病失理四种。诊治虚劳病注重四诊合参,善于运用五运六气,调护重视脾肾二脏。尤氏集众医家之良方,倡气血双补之大法,顾护阴液,阴中求阳,阳中求阴,活用归经药,以脏补脏,遣方用药圆机活法,对虚劳病的诊治有着独特的见解。

On the basis of inheriting and innovating from Zhang Zhongjing and other predecessors,You Yi,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,systematically summarized the diagnosis and treatment methods of consumptive disease,and divided consumptive disease into nine types:deficiency of Yingwei,lung overstrain,heart overstrain,kidney overstrain,spleen overstrain,wind pathogen type,heat type,dried blood type,and epidemic type.In detail,exploring the etiology and pathogenesis of consumptive disease are roughly divided into congenital deficiency,feeling external evil,overwork and chronic illness.The diagnosis and treatment of Consumptive Disease pay attention to the combination of Four diagnosis,good at the use of Five movements and six Qi,care spleen and kidney.You collected the good prescription of many doctors,advocated the method of Qi and blood supplementing,took care of Yin protecting liquid,sought Yang in Yin,sought Yin in Yang,actively used the meridian medicine,reinforece organ with organ,sent the prescription to use the unique and flexible method,and had a unique view on the diagnosis and treatment of consumptive disease.
