基于系统评价的复方斑蝥胶囊治疗结直肠癌的疗效及经济性评价

Efficacy and economic evaluation of compound cantharidin capsule in the treatment of colorectal cancer based on systematic evaluation

目的:基于文献数据,系统评价复方斑蝥胶囊治疗结直肠癌的的有效性和经济性。方法:检索2010年1月至2021年4月各中英文数据库,采用RevMan5.3软件对符合纳入排除标准的文献数据进行Meta分析,结合各治疗方案的成本进行药物经济学评价。结果:共纳入9个RCT,共860例结直肠癌癌患者。有效性分析结果显示,加用复方斑蝥胶囊组治疗结直肠癌的效果优于对照组。药物经济学评价结果显示,与对照组相比,加用复方斑蝥胶囊组治疗结直肠癌的增量成本效果比为67.2。结论:与常规化疗相比,复方斑蝥胶囊在结直肠癌的治疗中,有效性更好,且具有一定的经济性。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and economy of compound cantharidin capsule in the treatment of colorectal cancer based on literature data.Methods:From January 2010 to April 2021,Chinese and English databases were searched.Revman5.3 software was used to conduct meta-analysis on the literature data that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Pharmacoeconomic evaluation was carried out based on the cost of each treatment regimen.Results:Nine RCTs and 860 patients with colorectal cancer were included.The results of effectiveness analysis showed that the effect of compound cantharidin capsule group in the treatment of colorectal cancer was better than that of the control group.The results of pharmacoeconomic evaluation showed that compared with the control group,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of compound cantharidin capsule group in the treatment of colorectal cancer was 67.2.Conclusion:compared with conventional chemotherapy,compound cantharidin capsule is more effective and economical in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
