大数据对企业技术创新具有很强的驱动力,需要充分挖掘和发挥其巨大的价值。分析大数据对企业技术创新的主要影响,总结大数据背景下企业技术创新的主要特点,提出大数据驱动的企业技术创新管理策略,包括利用大数据获取市场需求、大数据资源开发、网络化协同创新以及基于大数据的精细化管理。
