茶及其功能成分在口腔疾病防治中的研究进展

摘要 口腔疾病是人类常见疾病之一,影响人们生活和心理状态。茶叶在口腔疾病治疗中具有杀菌消炎、防龋固齿等作用,其药理成分通过多种途径进行防龋,以自身抗菌性阻止致龋菌生长,抑制产酸,促进钙磷元素吸收,巩固牙周,消炎灭菌,降低牙周炎续发的可能性,同时对于蛋白基因表达和细胞生长具有一定的调控功能,防止部分口腔疾病发生恶化。文章综述了茶叶在口腔疾病防治中的研究进展,旨在为茶叶药用开发提供一定的依据,并为茶叶的科学利用提供参考。 Oral disease is one of the common human diseases,affecting people's daily life and psychology.Tea has the functions of bactericidal,anti-inflammatory,anti-caries and solid teeth in the treatment of oral disease.Its pharmacological components can prevent caries through various ways,prevent the growth of cariogenic bacteria with its own antibacterial properties,inhibit acid production,promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus elements,and strengthen teeth.It can reduce inflammation and sterilization,reduce the possibility of recurring periodontitis,and at the same time,it has a certain regulatory function on protein gene expression and cell growth,preventing the deterioration of some oral diseases.In this paper,the research progress of tea in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases was reviewed,aiming to provide a certain basis for the development of tea for medicinal use and provide a reference for the scientific utilization of tea.
