有关农村经济法理念的研究目前还处于起步阶段,在我国社会经济发展与转型的关键时期,阐释并提炼农村经济法理念,能够指导我国乡村经济法理论实践与研究,破解“三农”问题,切实实现并推进农业现代化发展和新农村建设。结合历史发展脉络对农村经济法理念进行梳理和归纳,能够为我国农村经济发展理念的阐释与提炼奠定坚实的基础;而通过对影响农村经济法理念的历史因素、制度因素、产业因素进行充分地考察,可以为实质公平、城乡统筹、自治等理念的确立与提出提供依据,为我国农村经济法理念的研究提供基础。

Although the research on the concept of rural economic law is still in its infancy.However,in the critical period of China’s social and economic development and transformation,interpreting and refining the legal concept of rural economy can guide the theoretical practice and research of China’s rural economic law,solve the three rural problems of rural areas,agriculture and farmers,and effectively realize and promote the modern development of agriculture and rural areas.Combing and summarizing the concept of rural economic law in combination with the historical development context can lay a solid foundation for the interpretation and refinement of the concept of rural economic development Law in China;By fully investigating the historical,institutional and industrial factors that affect the concept of rurl economic law,it can provide a basis for the establishment and proposal of the concepts of substantive fairness,urban-rural overall planning and autonomy,It provides a basis for the study of the concept of rural economic law in China.
