基于“三农”视角探究艺术设计助推乡村振兴

On The Promotion of Rural Development by Art Design from the Perspective of“Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers”

在形成国际国内双循环发展新格局宏观背景下,如何推动乡村地区经济发展,已经成为社会热议的话题。十九大报告中已经明确指出,全社会要共同行动,加快推进乡村振兴战略的部署,解决“三农”问题,推动新型乡村建设工作,已经成为实现绿色可持续发展战略的重要基础。这种背景下,不能单独依靠发展农业来带动乡村地区发展,要多措并举,激发乡村地区所蕴含的巨大发展势能。以艺术设计为有力抓手,带动农村旅游业、农副产业等多个行业齐头并进,构建乡村地区经济发展新模式。文章先简要分析了农村地区经济发展过程中所遇到的问题,点明了艺术设计与乡村发展结合的主要原则,从乡村景观建设以及乡村民宿建设为切入点,深入分析了艺术设计与乡村发展的具体结合路径。

Under the macro background of forming a new pattern of international and domestic dual cycle development,how to promote the economic development of rural areas has become a hot topic in the society.The report of the 19th National Congress has clearly pointed out that the whole society should take joint action to accelerate the deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,solve the "three rural" problems and promote the construction of new villages,which has become an important basis for realizing the green and sustainable development strategy.In this context,we can not rely solely on the development of agriculture to drive the development of rural areas.We should take multiple measures to stimulate the huge development potential energy contained in rural areas.Take art design as a powerful starting point,drive rural tourism,agricultural and sideline industries and other industries to go hand in hand,and build a new model of economic development in rural areas.Firstly,this paper briefly analyzes the problems encountered in the process of economic development in rural areas,points out the main principles of the combination of art design and rural development,and deeply analyzes the specific combination path of art design and rural development from the starting point of rural landscape construction and rural home stay construction.
