摘要
大众创业、万众创新已唱响新时代下最强的主旋律,在乡村振兴战略背景下,农林院校创新创业教育承接着服务三农、振兴经济、专创融合人才培养的重要任务,愿意返乡创业就业的人才对扶持基层发展、实现教育脱贫等等乡村振兴发展至关重要。在农林院校人才培养中,创新创业教育面临着目标理解偏差、重理论轻实践、导师力量不足、就业创业主动性不强等问题。本文探讨以创新创业思维构建为核心、创新创业实践能力提升为基础、创新创业环境营造为保障、师资提能赋能为重点的“五位一体”人才培养培育体系构建,提升创新创业教育水平和大学生创业创新能力展开探讨。
Mass entrepreneurship and innovation have sung the strongest theme in the new era.Under the background of the Rural Revitalization strategy,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of agricultural and forestry universities has taken on the important tasks of serving the “three agricultures”(agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents),revitalizing the economy,and training talents for integration.Talents who are willing to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses are vital to the revitalization and development of rural areas such as supporting grassroots development and realizing poverty alleviation though education.In the cultivation of talents in agricultural and forestry universities,innovation and entrepreneurship education faces problems such as target understanding deviation,laying stress on theory over practice,insufficient tutors,and lack of initiative in employment and entrepreneurship.This article discusses the construction of the “Five-sphere Integrated Plan” talent cultivation system,with the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking as the core,the improvement of innovative and entrepreneurial practice capabilities as the foundation,the creation of an innovative and entrepreneurial environment as a guarantee,and the enhancement of teachers’ ability and empowerment as the focus,to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the entrepreneurial and innovative ability of university students.
