海藻酸钙改性聚偏氟乙烯静电纺丝膜用于油水乳液的自重驱动分离 被引量:3

摘要 聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有化学稳定性良好、机械强度高和热稳定性好等优点。通过静电纺丝技术制备的PVDF膜具有高的孔隙率和较高的纯水渗透系数。利用海藻酸钠和钙离子交联对静电纺丝PVDF膜进行改性得到海藻酸钙改性聚偏氟乙烯(CaAlg/PVDF)复合微滤膜,将其运用于油水乳液的分离.结果表明,所制备的改性膜具有更好的亲水性,对含油废水的渗透系数高达20000 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa)以上,对其中乳化的甲苯、环己烷的截留率达99%以上. Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) has the advantages of good chemical stability, high mechanical strength and good thermal stability. The PVDF membranes prepared by electrospinning technology has high porosity and high water flux. In this work, the modified microfiltration membranes(CaAlg/PVDF) were prepared by electrospinning and modified with calcium alginate, and used in the separation of oil-in-water emulsions. The results show the prepared CaAlg/PVDF membranes have better hydrophilicity, the permeation flux of emulsified oil-containing wastewater is more than 20 000 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa), and the rejection rate of emulsified toluene and cyclohexane is more than 99%.
