地方本科高校材料与化工专业学位研究生培养机制改进举措

基于国家政策导向和企业对专业学位研究生技术创新能力培养的需求,以及地方高校材料与化工专业学位研究生培养现状,思考如何避免专业学位研究生和学术型研究生同质化培养,提出专硕实践能力的培养改进措施,包括将产教融合理念融入培养方案、深化研究生实践基地建设、重构专硕培养课程体系、凝练专硕研究生培养特色、提高实践考核比例等。

Based on the national policy orientation and the needs of enterprises for the cultivation of technological innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates,and the current situation of the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in materials and chemical engineering in local colleges and universities,this paper considers how to avoid the homogenization of the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in professional degrees and academic postgraduates,and puts forward the improvement measures for the cultivation of professional postgraduates'practical ability,including integrating the concept of integration of industry and education into the training program,deepening the construction of postgraduates'practice base,reconstructing the curriculum system of professional degree postgraduates,refining the characteristics of professional degree postgraduates,and improving the proportion of practical assessment,etc.
