基于BIM的轨行区轨道三维设计关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为发挥装配式建筑优势,实现智能化、信息化、自动化轨道设计,开展基于BIM技术的轨行区轨道三维设计研究。利用Revit软件自身功能和其二次开发工具Dynamo插件,以三维线路为基础,辅以参数化道床横断面设计及自适应构件族的方式,设计出能够沿线路走向自动调整且各部件批量、有序装配的轨行区轨道BIM模型。研究结果表明:该技术可提高设计工作的效率,有效避免二维设计中因相对位置不直观造成的设计错误。以广州市轨道交通22号线某轨行区轨道系统BIM设计为例,利用该模型可直观查看钢轨、扣件、轨枕、预制板、水沟的空间位置,构造尺寸等是否满足工程要求,并且通过更新线路数据即可完成对模型的修改,实现BIM正向设计;其BIM模型可进一步与隧道、桥梁模型进行合模,实现与其他轨行区专业的协同设计。 In order to give full play to the advantages of prefabricated buildings, including intelligent, information and automation of track design, the three-dimensional design of rail areas based on BIM technology was carried out. Using the functions of Revit software itself and its secondary development tool Dynamo plug-in, based on three-dimensional wiring, supplemented by parametric cross-sectional design of the road bed and adaptive component family, a rail area rail BIM model was designed which could be automatically adjusted along the road and assembled in batches and orderly assemblies of each component. The results show that the technology could greatly improve the efficiency of design work and effectively avoid design errors caused by unintuitive relative position in two-dimensional design. Taking the BIM design of the rail system of a rail area of Guangzhou rail transit line 22 as an example, the model can be used to intuitively check whether the spatial location and structural dimensions of the rails, fasteners, sleepers, prefabricated boards, and ditches meet with the requirements. The modification of the model can be completed by updating the line data to achieve BIM forward design;The established rail BIM model of the rail area can be further combined with the tunnel and bridge models to achieve collaborative design with other rail areas.
