摘要
目的:观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血浆硫化氢水平变化,并探讨其意义。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年2月广州市第八人民医院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治的50例HIE新生儿作为观察组,将同期出生的50例足月健康新生儿作为对照组,采用敏感硫电极法检测血浆硫化氢(H_(2)S)水平,并对HIE新生儿病情严重程度与血浆H_(2)S水平实施相关性分析。结果:观察组与对照组新生儿血浆H_(2)S水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组轻度、中度、重度新生儿血浆H_(2)S水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析表明,HIE新生儿病情严重程度与其血浆H_(2)S水平呈负相关(r=-0.93,P<0.05)。结论:HIE新生儿血浆H_(2)S水平明显降低,表明血浆H_(2)S水平可作为病情严重程度判断指标之一。
Objective:To observe the changes of plasma hydrogen sulfide in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)and explore its significance.Methods:50 cases of HIE neonates admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group.50 cases of healthy neonates borned during the same period were selected as control group.The level of plasma H_(2)S was detected by the sensitive sulfur electrode method,and the correlation between the severity of HIE neonatal disease and the level of plasma H_(2)S was analyzed.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the plas-ma HS levels of newborns between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant differ-ence in plasma HS levels among mild,moderate,and severe newborns of the observation group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of HIE was negatively correlated with the levels of plasma H_(2)S(r=-0.93,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of plasma HS in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy significantly reduced,and the level of plasma H.S can be used as one of the indicators of severity.
