CBL教学法联合PBL教学法在《中西医结合肛肠外科》中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨CBL教学法联合PBL模式在《中西医结合肛肠外科》课堂教学和临床带教中的应用。方法由具备丰富教学及临床经验的肛肠专家组成指导小组,以专家集体会议形式讨论并确定教学典型病种及病案数据库,选取不同教学班级及规培学员,在《中西医结合肛肠外科》课堂教学和临床带教中分别运用CBL教学法联合PBL模式进行教学和带教,课堂教学组采用调查问卷形式主观评价考核教学效果,临床带教组采用出科闭卷考试形式和临床技能实践考核形式客观评价教学效果,采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果课堂教学组在课堂教学兴趣、查找资料能力、发现问题能力、解决问题能力、合作交流能力等满意度较高;临床带教组两组规培学员在出科理论考核、案例分析、实践操作成绩等方面均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法联合PBL模式在《中西医结合肛肠外科》课堂教学和临床带教中可有效提高课堂教学和临床带教质量,值得在教学中推广。 Objective To discuss the application of the CBL teaching method combined with the PBL model in the classroom teaching and clinical teaching of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Anorectal Surgery.Methods Composed of anorectal experts with rich teaching and clinical experience in the form of a group meeting of experts.Discussed and determined the typical disease types and medical records database for teaching,selected different teaching classes and regular training students,and used the CBL teaching method combined with the PBL model for classroom teaching and clinical teaching of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Anorectal Surgery.The classroom teaching group used questionnaires to subjectively evaluate teaching effects,and the clinical teaching group used closed-book examinations and clinical skills practice assessments to objectively evaluate teaching effects,and used SPSS 18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results The classroom teaching group was highly satisfied with classroom teaching interest,ability to find information,ability to find problems,ability to solve problems,ability to cooperate and communicate,etc.;the clinical teaching group regularly trained students to carry out the subject theory examination.Case analysis,practical operation results,etc.,all had significant differences,with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The CBL teaching method combined with the PBL model can effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching and clinical teaching in the classroom clinical teaching of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Anorectal Surgery,and it is worthy of promotion in teaching.
