TBL联合CBL在护理专业学位研究生循证护理教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨TBL结合CBL在护理专业学位研究生循证护理学课程教学中的应用效果。方法将2017级、2018级研究生作为对照组,2019级、2020级研究生为,对照组的循证护理学课程采用单纯CBL教学,采用TBL联合CBL进行教学,分析、比较两组的教学效果。结果在提高学习兴趣和积极性、提高团队协作精神和能力、提出循证问题、制定检索策略、查询及评鉴证据的能力、锻炼临床思维方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对教学方式的接受度与满意度以及培养研究生应用证据能力方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TBL联合CBL较单纯CBL教学更有利于护理专业学位研究生循证护理能力的培养。 Objective To explore the application effect of TBL combined with CBL in the teaching of evidence-based nursing course for postgraduate nursing students.Methods The 2017 and 2018 graduate students were used as control group,and the 2019 and 2020 graduate students were used as the experimental group.In the course of evidence-based nursing,CBL teaching was applied to the control group exclusively.and combination of TBL with CBL teaching was applied to the experimental group.The teaching effects of the two groups are analyzed and compared.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in enhancing learning interest and enthusiasm,improving teamwork spirit and ability,proposing evidence-based questions,developing retrieval strategies,querying and evaluating evidence ability,and exercising clinical thinking.The above differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the acceptance and satisfaction of teaching methods,as well as the cultivation of graduate students’ability to apply evidence,there are no statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TBL with CBL is more conducive to the training of evidencebased capacity for nursing degree graduates than CBL teaching.
