Application of Teaching Model of the Problem-based Learning(PBL)in Teaching Rounds of Standardized Resident Training in Department of Infectious Diseases

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法在感染科住院医师规范化培训教学查房中应用的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月我在院感染科轮转的30名住培医师随机分配至观察组或者对照组,观察组采用PBL教学查房,对照组采用传统教学查房,轮转结束后进行理论知识和实践能力的考核,分析两组学习成绩的差异,采用问卷调查评估PBL教学效果。结果观察组理论知识、病例分析、体格检查的成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示在医患沟通、人文关怀、团队协作、查阅文献、理论知识、实践技能、临床思维等方面,PBL教学查房与传统教学查房相比,充分调动住培生学习的主动性和积极性。结论PBL教学法应用于住培医师教学查房中,变“被动”为“主动”,极大地提高了学习效果。 Objective To explore the effect of Teaching Model of the PBL in Teaching rounds of standardized resident training in department of infectious diseases.Methods The standardized training physicians of 30 residents from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly allocated to PBL group or the traditional mode group.At the end of the rotation,the theoretical knowledge and practical ability would be assessed,the differences in academic performance between 2 teaching methods was compared.The survey of questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of PBL teaching model.Results The observation group were superior to the control group in the aspects of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and practical ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group,and data collected from the questionnaires showed that there was significant difference in doctor-patient communication,humanistic concern,teamwork,literature review,theoretical knowledge,practical skills and clinical thinking.Conclusion PBL teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching methods.It improves the initiatives of students,and had better learning effect.
