摘要 目的研究联用PBL教学法、思维引导式教学法在普外科临床实习教学中的意义。方法选取于2018年3月—2020年2月在我院普外科接受临床实习的140例实习生,按照随机数字表法将其分至对照组与试验组中,对照组给予常规教学法,试验组给予PBL教学法及思维引导式教学法,对比两组临床实习教学效果。结果试验组以学生教学满意度及合作能力、思维能力、自学能力、实践能力、交流能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法和思维引导式教学法在普外科临床实习教学中的应用,促使临床实习教学质量可得到显著提升。因此,可将PBL教学法和思维引导式教学法推广至普外科临床实习教学中,提升临床实习教学质量。 Objective To study the significance of combined PBL teaching method and thinking-guided teaching method in general surgery clinical practice teaching.Methods Select 140 interns who received clinical practice in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020,and divide them into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group is given conventional teaching methods.The experimental group was given PBL teaching method and thinking-guided teaching method to compare the clinical practice teaching effects of the two groups.Results The scores of teaching satisfaction,cooperation ability,thinking ability,selfstudy ability,practical ability and communication ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method and thinking-guided teaching method in general surgery clinical practice teaching can promote the significant improvement of clinical practice teaching quality.Therefore,PBL teaching method and thinking-guided teaching method can be extended to general surgery clinical practice teaching to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
