内科护理情景教学中融入关怀护理的设计与评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨将关怀护内科护理情景教学中融入关怀护理的效果。方法选取上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院内科实习2017级护理专业学生228名作为研究组,将既往200名护理专业学生作为对照组,对比两组学生对课程实施满意度和关怀能力评分的差异。结果研究组护理专业学生此次教学设计的整体满意度较对照组整体满意度更优(P<0.05);从认知功能评分、勇气评分、耐心平分这三个维度的评分情况来看,研究组的学生各项指标评分明显高于对照组的学生。从CAI的对比来看,对照组的学生评分更高。结论联合课程思政与人文素质教育这一模式可显著提升内科护生对教学设计的满意度,同时可有效提升学生人文素养以及关怀能力。 Objective To explore the effect of integrating caring nursing into nursing scene teaching in caring nursing department.Methods 228 nursing students of grade 2017 in Renji Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University were selected as the research group,and 200 nursing students in the past were selected as the control group.Results The overall satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of cognition,courage and patience in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total score of CAI in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The first mock exam combined with humanistic quality education can significantly improve the satisfaction of medical students to teaching design,and effectively enhance students’humanistic quality and caring ability.
