线上教学模式在临床技能课程中的应用探索 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察比较医学生线上教学前后临床技能成绩以及教师与学生对该教学方法的评价。方法选取我院50名本科学生,经自主线上自学后,录制操作视频并写反思日记;教师对其进行线上技能培训教学,学生再次录制操作视频并写反思日记,比较线上教学前后学生操作视频得分,同时对教师与学生进行线上教学模式评价。结果线上教学前学生技能操作平均成绩(70.81±11.06)分,线上教学后学生技能平均成绩(78.11±9.15)分;二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程线上教学模式结合反思性教学打破了学习时间和空间的局限性,提升学生学习积极性,培养学生自主学习能力,有助于教师客观评价学生,可成为临床技能教学的新型途径。 Objective To observe and compare the clinical skill scores of medical students before and after online teaching and the evaluation of teachers and students on the teaching method.Methods 50 students were selected in in our hospital,after self-studied online,recorded operation video and wrote reflection diary;teachers tought them skills training online,students recorded operation video and wrote reflection diary again,compared the scores of students before and after online teaching,and evaluated the online teaching mode between teachers and students.Results The average score of students’skill operation was(70.81±11.06)points before online teaching,and(78.11±9.15)points after online teaching;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Distance online teaching mode combined with reflective teaching can promote students’learning enthusiasm,help teachers to fully understand students,and become a new way of clinical skills teaching.
