摘要
目的观察评价以学生为中心的教学模式在临床神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法以内蒙古医科大学2018级和2019级共80名神经外科实习学生作为对象,将其随机分成对照组、观察组,每一组40名。临床神经外科教学中,对照组采用传统教学方法,而观察组采用以学生为中心的教学模式。对比评价不同教学方式的教学成果。结果实习结束时,经考核显示,观察组总成绩高于对照组[(84.51±7.83)vs.(75.62±4.71)]分,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查学生对教学方法的评价,观察组显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床神经外科教学中,以学生为中心的教学模式应用价值高。
Objective To observe and evaluate the application effect of student-centered teaching mode in clinical neurosurgery teaching.Methods A total of 80 neurosurgery interns of 2018 and 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 in each group.In clinical neurosurgery teaching,the control group adopts the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopts the student-centered teaching mode.Compare and evaluate the teaching results of different teaching methods.Results At the end of the practice,the results showed that the total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(84.51±7.83)points vs.(75.62±4.71)points],and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the evaluation of the teaching methods of the investigation students,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical neurosurgery teaching,the studentcentered teaching mode has high application value.
