同伴互助教学模式在留学生外科学中的应用研究

The Teaching Mode of Peer-assistance in International Students’Surgery Applied Research in Clinical Practice

目的探讨同伴互助教学模式在外科留学生临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年1月就读于锦州医学院第一附属医院外科的20名五年制医学生,随机分为同伴互助教学模式组和传统教学模式组,本地学生和留学生一对一成为同伴,由相同的教师指导,完成外科临床实习任务,观察实习效果。结果与前面的临床实习相比,实行点对点的同伴互助教学模式后,留学生学生的出勤率从70.0%上升至95.0%,考试成绩也明显改善,而80.0%的五年制学生相信这种新模式将提高他们的外语水平有一定的帮助,老师教也认为,已经减少了他们的教学压力。结论同伴互助教学模式有助于提高留学生的临床实践质量和五年制医学生的外语交流水平,在一定程度上减轻教师的教学压力。

Objective To explore the effect of peer-aid teaching model in the clinical practice of international students in surgery.Methods Selected in July 2018 to January 2019 in jinzhou medical school first affiliated hospital of surgical five-year medical students,20 were randomly divided into peer mutual teaching pattern and traditional teaching group,local students and foreign students one-on-one become companions,guided by the same teacher,surgical clinical practice task,observation practice effect.Results Compared with the clinical practice in front of a point-to-point peer mutual teaching model,students attendance increased from 70.0%to 95.0%,the test results also improved significantly,while 80.0%of students believe that the new model will be in five years to improve their foreign language level has certain help,teacher also think,have reduced their teaching pressure.Conclusion The teaching mode of peer assistance is helpful to improve the clinical practice quality of international students and the foreign language communication level of 5-year medical students,and reduce the teaching pressure of teachers to some extent.
