检验住院医师规范化培训在肿瘤医院的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of the Standardized Residency Training in the Cancer Hospital

住院医师规范化培训是每一位医师成长的第一步,也是医学生成为一名优秀住院医师的必经之路。作为一名优秀的检验医师应在具备临床知识和实验室检验技术操作能力的基础上,能够将实验室检验与临床诊疗相结合,为临床疾病的诊断、预防、治疗及康复等提供建议和咨询。本文主要针对检验医学住院医师规范化培训现状,结合我们肿瘤专科医院检验生化凝血专业住培工作实际情况,从培训制度、“医教研一体”化发展模式等方面进行了系统探讨,以求为各肿瘤专科医院检验科住培模式的构建拓展思路、提供借鉴。

The standardized residency training is the first step for every doctor to grow up,and also the only way for medical students to become an excellent resident.As excellent laboratory physicians,they should be able to combine the laboratory medicine with the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and provide the advice and consultation of the diagnosis,prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of clinical diseases in the laboratory medicine for clinical doctors.In the light of the present situations of the standardized residency training in the laboratory department,this paper discussed the aspects of training system and the development mode of"integration of medical education and research",so as to provide reference for the construction and development of the laboratory residency training mode in cancer hospitals.
