继续医学教育中的SPOC模式设计 被引量:9

摘要 医学教育是卫生健康事业发展的重要基石,继续医学教育为“健康中国”伟大战略提供重要人才保障。医学科学的学科特点与医疗卫生行业的职业特点决定了继续医学教育具有全员性、实用性、多元性等特点。当前,线上教学以其灵活安排和自主学习的灵活性、巨量优秀资源的突破时空限制的可及性,以及在时间与开销上的经济性等优势,在继续医学教育实践中得到广泛应用。小型私人在线课程是为有限人数的参与者提供的综合在线教育包。与MOOC不同,SPOC的只针对一个小群体的参与者,且更注重学习者和培训者之间的练习和交流。对常规网络继续医学教育的不足进行了分析。基于米勒金字塔教学评估模型,对适用于继续医学教育的小规模私有课程SPOC模式的教学环节设计、教学资源建设、教学支持系统、教学评价手段以及学分管理等加以讨论。随着在线教育信息技术的不断进步,SPOC将得到更广泛的应用,对继续医学教育产生更为积极的促进作用。 Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of health undertakings.Continuing medical education provides important human resources support for the great strategy of"Healthy China".The disciplinary characteristics of medical science and the occupational characteristics of health care industry determine that the continuing medical education has the characteristics of all staff participation,strong practicality and diversity.At present,online-education has been widely used in continuing medical education practice because of its advantages of efficiency for flexible scheduling and selfpaced learning,accessibility to huge number of excellent resources at any time and any place,and affordability with financial savings and reducing of the total course time for part-time students.The small private online course is a comprehensive online educational package for a limited number of participants.Unlike MOOC,the SPOC is only intended for a small group of participants.And it more focuses on practice and exchanges within the learner and the trainer.Shortcomings of the existing network of continuing medical education are analyzed.Based on the miller’s pyramid education assessment model,the design of teaching organization and implementation,teaching resource construction,teaching support system,teaching evaluation means and credit management of SPOC educational model suitable for continuing medical education are discussed.With the continuous progress of online educational information technology,the application of SPOC in continuing medical education will be more wildly,which will play a more active role in promoting medical education.
