摘要
随着我国医学教育的深入改革,住院医师规范化培训政策的启动,检验医学作为大医学背景中的一个重要分支,也参与其中。从检验技师向检验医师的转变,从操作技能向操作技术与临床思维并重方向的转变是检验专业规范化培训的核心目标之一。本文探索与总结了本基地对检验专业住院医师持续临床思维能力培养的方法,通过轮转时间的合理调配,轮转内容的重点把握,电子病历系统的“只读”开放,通过参加三级查房、临床会诊以及检验科医疗咨询小组等方式多途径和临床进行沟通交流,一方面以本专业理论知识和技能训练为基础,另一方面重视与加强检验与临床的融合,不仅仅局限于为临床提供检测数据,更需具备参与临床疾病诊疗分析的能力,以期能在今后的工作中持续应用,并获成效,以供同行参考。
With the in-depth reform of medical education in China and the launch of standardized training policies,laboratory medicine participates in it,as an important branch in the background of general medicine.The transformation from laboratory technician to laboratory physician,and a transition from operating skills to both operating technology and clinical thinking are one of the core goals of standardized training for the test profession.Through the reasonable allocation of rotation time,the focus of rotation content,the“read-only”opening of electronic medical record,Through participating in three-level ward rounds,clinical group consultation and consultation group,we can communicate with the clinic in many ways.On the one consultation group,we can communicate with the clinic in many ways.On the one hand,we take the professional knowledge and skills training;On the other hand,we should participate in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.This article explores and summarizes the method of continuous clinical thinking training for laboratory physician,in order to application in future work and can be refer by peers.
