生物活性玻璃联合粘结剂在老年根面龋预防中的应用

Application of bioactive glass combined with adhesivein the prevention of root caries in the elderly

探讨生物活性玻璃联合粘结剂对老年人根面龋预防的临床效果及可行性。选取门诊老年患者90例,随机分为空白对照组、生物活性玻璃组、粘结剂组,生物活性玻璃组和粘结剂组采用自身半口对照分为实验组和对照组,实验组先涂抹生物活性玻璃再涂抹粘结剂,生物活性玻璃对照组只涂抹生物活性玻璃,粘结剂对照组只涂抹粘结剂,空白对照组不做任何处理,随访2年,评价临床疗效。结果表明:干预组的菌斑指数(PLI)、龋发病率、新发龋均、龋均、龋面均皆低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。口腔检查频率,是否使用牙线、间隙刷、冲牙器和喜食甜食对患者基线时是否患龋有影响(P<0.05)。生物活性玻璃联合粘结剂可以有效预防老年人根面龋,形成良好的口腔健康行为可以降低老年人根面患龋率。

This paper is to explore the clinical effect and feasibility of bioactive glass combined with adhesive on the prevention of root caries in the elderly.A total of 90 elderly patients in outpatient clinics were selected and randomly divided into a blank control group,a bioactive glass group,and an adhesive group.The bioactive glass group and the adhesive group were divided into an experimental group and a control group using their own half mouth control.The experimental group first applied the bioactive glass and then the adhesive,the bioactive glass control group only applied the bioactive glass,and the adhesive control group only applied the adhesive.No treatment in the blank control group.The effect of root caries prevention in three groups after 2 years followed up was observed.The plaque index(PLI),the incidence of caries,the average number of new caries,the average number of caries,and the surface area of the intervention group were lower than those of the blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The frequency of oral examination,whether to use dental floss,interstitial brushes and water floss,and the preference for sweets have an impact on whether the patient has caries at baseline(P<0.05).Bioactive glass combined with adhesive can effectively prevent root caries in the elderly,forming good oral health behaviors can reduce the incidence of root caries in the elderly.
