口腔粘接材料对后牙修复治疗效果的影响

Effect of oral adhesive materials on the treatment effect of posterior teeth restoration

探讨了不同口腔粘接材料对后牙修复治疗效果的影响。选取2017-05-2019-05后牙修复治疗患者60例为研究对象,发放随机信封根据单双号分为观察组(RelyXTM U200自粘接树脂水门汀)与对照组(KetacTM Cem Easymix玻璃离子)2个组,各30例。比较两组牙龈指数,评估美观评分、舒适度及满意度评分,随访并发症发生率。修复治疗后2年,2个组患者治疗后牙龈指数分级差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组患者美观评分、舒适度评分及满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为13.3%,低于对照组的30.0%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。自粘接树脂水门汀应用于后牙修复治疗,较之传统粘结剂能提升患者美观度、舒适度及满意度,减少并发症,能较好地满足临床需求。

To investigate the effect of different oral cementing materials on the treatment effect of posterior teeth restoration,from May 2017 to May 2019,60 patients with posterior teeth restoration treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Random envelopes were distributed and divided into observation group(RelyXTM U200 self-adhesive resin cement)and control group(KetacTM)according to the odd and even numbers.Cem Easymix glass ionomer 2 groups,30 cases each.The gingival index of the two groups was compared,the aesthetic score,comfort and satisfaction score were evaluated,and the incidence of complications was followed up.Results:Two years after restoration treatment,there was no significant difference in gingival index classification between the two groups of patients after treatment(P>0.05);the aesthetic score,comfort score and satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Scientific significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.3%,which was lower than 30.0%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with traditional adhesive,self-adhesive resin cements used in posterior teeth restoration treatment can improve the aesthetics,comfort and satisfaction of patients,reduce complications,and are easy to operate,which can better meet clinical needs.
