靛蓝的果糖环保还原染色工艺 被引量:2

摘要 设置不同的质量浓度梯度和还原时间,以保险粉和葡萄糖还原靛蓝染色的纯棉面料为对比试样,研究果糖作为靛蓝还原剂的优化还原染色工艺。以葡萄糖和果糖质量浓度及还原时间为变量,以染色面料的K/S值为指标,分析葡萄糖和果糖的还原能力及上染量。结果显示,当靛蓝质量浓度为20 g/L、浴比为1∶100、pH为11.5时,葡萄糖的优化还原染色工艺为:葡萄糖12 g/L,还原时间35 h,此条件下上染量最高。在相同条件下,果糖的优化还原染色工艺为:果糖20 g/L,还原时间15 h,此时K/S值为3.855。果糖优化还原染色工艺的染色效果优于葡萄糖,基本可以达到保险粉的染色效果。 By setting different mass concentration gradient and reduction time, using pure cotton fabric dyed with indigo which reduced by sodium hydrosulfite and glucose as contrast samples, the optimum reduction dyeing process using fructose as reducing agent for indigo was studied. The following conclusions were drawn: the variables were set as glucose concentration, fructose concentration and reduction time. The reduction ability and dyeing quantity of glucose and fructose were analyzed by testing K/S value of dyed fabric. The results showed that when the mass concentration of indigo was 20 g/L, the bath ratio was 1∶100 and the pH was 11.5, the reduction dyeing process of glucose was as follows: glucose 12 g/L, reduction time 35 h. Under these conditions, the dye uptake was the highest. Under the same conditions, the optimal reduction dyeing process of fructose was as follows: fructose 20 g/L, reduction time 15 h. At this time, K/S value was 3.855.The dyeing effect of reduction dyeing process of fructose was better than that of glucose, and it could reach the dyeing effect of sodium hydrosulfite basically.
