乡村振兴视域下乡村生态文化的时代价值及实践路径

On Contemporary Values and Practice Path of Rural Ecological Culture from the Perspective of Rural Vitalization

乡村生态文化是美丽乡村建设行动的重要向导,在乡村振兴战略背景下意义重大。基于乡村振兴视域,乡村生态文化在培育乡风文明新风尚、发展乡村生态产业、增进乡村民生福祉和完善乡村生态治理等方面的时代价值凸显。同时,其时代价值的实现也面临生态文化素养不高、产品供给不足、建设能力不足、文化体系不够完善等困境。因而提出加强生态文化教育、优化生态文化供给、完善生态文化参与、健全生态文化制度等实践路径,让乡村生态文化更好地服务于乡村振兴。

Rural ecological culture is an important guide for the construction of beautiful countryside,which is of great significance under the background of Rural Vitalization Strategy.Based on the perspective of rural vitalization,rural ecological culture has prominent value in cultivating new trends of rural civilization,developing rural ecological industry,improving rural people's livelihood and improving rural ecological governance.At the same time,the realization of its time value also faces many difficulties,such as low ecological and cultural literacy,insufficient product supply,insufficient construction capacity and imperfect cultural system.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen ecological culture education,optimize ecological culture supply,improve ecological culture participation and improve ecological culture system,so as to make rural ecological culture better serve rural revitalization.
