摘要
协同育人理念在马克思主义经典著作及思政教育理论中均可溯源,其为拔尖创新人才培养提供了理论支撑与趋势前瞻。高校荣誉学院作为拔尖创新人才培养的主单位,在自身规模不断扩大的同时,亦面临着管理主体间权责与工作机制不清、教学与思政间协同不畅、优质师资与院友育人资源的输入不足的发展困境。文章结合浙江大学荣誉学院的建设经验,提出开环协同培育拔尖人才,构建“双循环”育人生态的举措。
The concept of collaborative education can be traced back in Marxist classics and ideological and political education theory,which provides theoretical support and trend prospect for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.As the main unit of cultivating top-notch innovative talents,the honorary college of colleges and universities is also facing the development dilemma of unclear rights and responsibilities and working mechanism among management subjects,poor coordination between teaching and ideological and political affairs,and insufficient input of high-quality teachers and alumni educational resources.Combined with the construction experience of the honorary college of Zhejiang University,this paper puts forward the measures of open-loop cooperation in cultivating top-notch talents and building a"double cycle"education ecology.
