中职室内设计专业校企合作人才培养模式研究

校企合作的优势在于能为学生提供专业化、真实的实践平台。为提升人才培养的专业化、现代化水平,中职学校要重视校企合作,积极创设良好的校企合作环境,优化人才培养模式,逐步提升学生的实践应用能力,促进学生、学校、企业实现长远发展。针对目前中职室内设计专业校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,中职学校要构建全新的教学体系,提供有效的实践平台,创建优质的教学团队,完善室内设计项目化教学模式,以此提升校企合作效率,为社会培养高素质的专业人才。

The advantage of school enterprise cooperation is that it can provide students with a professional and real practice platform.In order to improve the specialization,modernization level of talent training;secondary vocational schools should pay attention to school enterprise cooperation,actively create a good school,enterprise cooperation environment,optimize talent training mode,gradually improve students1 practical application ability,and promote the long-term development of students,schools and enterprises.In view of the problems existing in the current school enterprise cooperation talent training mode of interior design specialty in secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational schools should build a new teaching system,provide an effective practice platform,create a high-quality teaching team and improve the project-based teaching mode of interior design,so as to improve the efficiency of school enterprise cooperation and cultivate high-quality professionals for the society.
