摘要
后标准化考试取向下的本科生招生制度以综合化为导向,学业指标与非学业指标共同构成了综合素质评价体系。基于"选拔出兼具优异学业成绩与良好品格且具有社会责任感的本科生"的招生目标,美国加州大学系统在新世纪启动了本科生招生的综合素质评价改革,最终形成了涵盖过程性和可量化同步的学业成绩评价、公共性与个性化并重的个人品质评价、参与性与多样化兼备的课外活动评价模块。根据本科生招生综合素质评价标准,加州大学系统制定了相应的评价流程与考核方式。加州大学系统从多维度评价学生的综合素质以改革本科生招生办法,对我国推动大学考试招生制度改革具有镜鉴价值。
The undergraduate enrollment system under the post-standardized test orientation is positioned towards integration.In addition,the academic indicators and non-academic indicators constitute the comprehensive quality evaluation system.Based on the enrollment goal of selecting undergraduates with excellent academic performance,remarkable personality and the strong sense of social responsibility,the University of California system has launched the comprehensive quality evaluation reform for undergraduate enrollment in the new era and finally formed the evaluation modules including evaluation academic performance evaluation,public and personalized characteristics and extracurricular activities combining participation with diversity.According to the comprehensive quality evaluation standards for undergraduate enrollment,the University of California system has formulated corresponding evaluation procedures and assessment methods.The University of California system evaluates the comprehensive quality of students from multiple dimensions to reform the enrollment methods of undergraduates which enlightens China to promote the reform of the college entrance examination and enrollment system.
