摘要
栆潜高速公路施工沿线分布大量强风化云母片岩,为解决云母片岩强度低、压实困难等问题,通过掺入石灰改良云母片岩路基填料,开展室内击实试验、CBR试验、水稳性试验、三轴压缩试验。结果表明:随着掺灰比的增大,石灰改良云母片岩的最大干密度随之减小,最佳含水率随之增大,CBR值随之先增加后减小;采用石灰改良后,强风化云母片岩的强度、承载力及压实度明显提高,掺灰率为6%时,可有效降低云母片岩路基填料的膨胀性,水稳性能最好;随着掺灰量的增加,黏聚力呈上升趋势,内摩擦角变化不大。
A large number of highly weathered mica schist are distributed along the construction of zaoqian expressway. In order to solve the problems of low strength and difficult compaction of mica schist, indoor compaction test,CBR test,water stability test and triaxial compression test were carried out by adding lime to improve mica schist subgrade filling.The results show that with the increase of cement ratio, the maximum dry density of lime-modified mica schist decreases, the optimal water content increases, and the CBR value increases first and then decreases. The strength, bearing capacity and compactness of highly weathered mica schist are improved obviously after lime modification. When the ash mixing rate is 6%, the swelling of mica schist subgrade filling can be effectively reduced, the water stability performance is the best.With the increase of ash content, the cohesion increases, and the internal friction angle changes little.
