摘要
合肥地铁5号线蒙城路站~北一环路站区间左线盾构在穿越中风化泥质砂岩地层过程中由于停机、浆液包裹壳体等原因造成盾构机被困,盾构机推进困难、姿态超限且难以调整,在采取洞内措施效果不理想的情况下,为了安全快速的破除盾体和盾尾上方的包裹体,形成盾构向上纠偏的空间条件,实现对盾构垂直姿态的控制和纠偏,经过研判分析最终采用地表钢板桩振动措施得以顺利脱困。本文结合此实际案例,对盾构被浆液包裹造成机械被困的征兆、验证、脱困措施等进行分析与总结,以期为以后其他工程出现类似问题的解决提供参考。
Absrtact: The Shield machine on the left line between Mengcheng Road Station and Beiyi Ring Road Station of Hefei Metro Line 5 was trapped due to the shutdown of the machine and the inclusion of grout in the middle weathered Shaly sand stratum, it is difficult for the shield machine to push forward, exceed the limit of its attitude and adjust it. In order to safely and quickly remove the shield body and the inclusions above the shield tail under the condition that the effect of the measures taken in the tunnel is not ideal, the space condition for the shield machine to correct the deviation upward is formed, the vertical posture of the shield is controlled and corrected,and the vibration of the steel sheet pile on the ground is used to get rid of the difficulty. Based on the actual case, this paper analyzes and summarizes the symptoms, Verification and Measures of mechanical entrapment caused by shield encased in Grout, so as to provide reference for solving similar problems in other projects.
