基于直驱式的电液调节阀稳压控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 直驱式电液调节阀因其具有高效节能、结构紧凑等特性而在冶金、石油、化工等领域得到了推广使用。但是由于运行环境的复杂性,以及工业生产要求对精度、安全等各方面要求的提高,研究和应用电液调节阀稳压控制技术迫在眉睫。本文首先介绍了电液调节阀稳压控制器的设计要求,随后分别从键盘输入电路、数据采集电路等硬件方面以及主程序和子程序等软件方面,简要分析了系统设计要点。最后分别选用常规PID控制策略和蚁群模糊PID控制策略,对比了电液调节阀稳压控制系统的阶跃响应性能、抗干扰性能。仿真结果表明,使用蚁群模糊PID控制策略能进一步体改电液调节阀的稳压控制效果。 The direct-drive electro-hydraulic control valve has been popularized and used in the fields of metallurgy, petroleum and chemical industry because of its high efficiency, energy saving and compact structure.However, due to the complexity of the operating environment and the improvement of industrial production requirements on precision, safety and other aspects, the research and application of electro-hydraulic regulating valve voltage regulation control technology is imminent. This paper first introduces the design requirements of the electro-hydraulic regulating valve regulator controller, and then briefly analyzes the key points of the system design from the aspects of hardware such as keyboard input circuit, data acquisition circuit, and software such as main program and subroutine. Finally, the conventional PID control strategy and the ant colony fuzzy PID control strategy were selected respectively, and the step response performance and anti-interference performance of the electro-hydraulic regulating valve voltage stabilization control system were compared. The simulation results show that the use of the ant colony fuzzy PID control strategy can further improve the voltage regulation control effect of the electro-hydraulic control valve.
