摘要
基于算法逻辑的个性化新闻生产与推送,大大提高了信息生产率、传播率,改变了用户体验。但同时,媒体算法背后多元的价值标准、平台逐利、流量至上和技术黑箱问题,也影响着人们接收信息的质量和价值观;标题党、假新闻、民意伪造现象频发,算法偏见、信息茧房、社群区隔等问题影响着网络信息传播生态。基于系统论引入熵定律研究网络信息传播治理,聚焦媒体算法带给信息系统“熵增”风险及其原因,通过价值负熵、技术负熵、用户负熵建立信息系统的“耗散结构”以实现“熵控”,以人为本、将法律伦理植入算法、让用户参与算法优化,去粗取精,去伪存真,对信息进行结构化处理,以保护新闻舆论环境的有序、准确、正能量,并以此提供一种信息生态治理的新方法论。
The production and push of personalized news based on algorithmic logic greatly improves information productivity and dissemination rate,and changes users’experience.But at the same time,problems like multiple value standards,profit-seeking nature of platforms,traffic first and technical black box behind the media algorithm also affect the quality and value of information received by people.Sensational headlines,fake news,public opinion forgery occur frequently,and problems such as algorithm bias,information cocoon room,and community partition affect the network information communication ecology.This paper introduces the law of entropy in view of the system theory to study the governance of network information dissemination.It focuson the risk and causes of“entropy increase”brought to information system by media algorithm.We suggest that a dissipative structure with value negative entropy and technology negative entropy as well as user negative entropy of information system be established to achieve“entropy control”.Adhering to the principle of people first,we suggest implanting law and ethics into algorithm and allowing the users to participate in optimizing the algorithm,so as to protect the order,accuracy,positive energy of the environment of news and public opinion,thus providing a new methodology for information ecological management.
