摘要
为解决企业挑选原材料供应商的问题,文章首先通过分析供应商特征,从供应商自身的能力和供应商被企业选择的情况选取10个影响指标,通过KMO与巴特利特球度检验发现因素之间具有较大的多重共线性,因此利用主成分分析建立量化反映保障企业生产重要性的评价系统并进行排名,挑选出排名靠前的生产商。为企业挑选原材料的供应商提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of enterprises selecting raw material suppliers, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of suppliers and selects 10 influence indexes from the ability of suppliers and the situation in which suppliers are selected by enterprises. Through KMO and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity, it is found that there is a large multicollinearity among factors, so principal component analysis is used to establish an evaluation system that quantitatively reflects the importance of ensuring enterprise production and ranks, so as to provide reference for enterprises to choose suppliers of raw materials.
