变电站继电保护及自动装置屏柜的检修防误装置研究

作为供电的关键性环节之一,对变电设备运行、检测等都非常关键。随着变电站以及防误系统的广泛应用,针对电气一次设备、运行中倒闸等操作,目前有较完备的安全技术措施。而在检修作业中的安全措施上,则依靠作业人员的责任心与技术水平。检查流程中,有关于安全技术措施的布防、检查设备的运动控制、检查设备内的传动控制、安全措施的撤除、与检查前设备状态的比对等等环节,也存在着安全隐患和技术问题。

On the other hand, the safety measures in the maintenance operation depend on the operators’ sense of responsibility and technology. In the inspection process, there are some links, such as the deployment of safety technical measures, the movement control of inspection equipment, the transmission control in inspection equipment, the removal of safety measures, the comparison with the status of equipment before inspection, etc., and there still existhazards and technical problems.
