在市场经济发展背景下,房地产利润增长趋势放缓,市场竞争压力增大,再加上政府宏观政策调控影响,导致房地产项目开发利润空间逐渐缩减。此种情况下,需要房地产企业树立供应链成本管理理念,在整个供应链链条协作下实现工程项目成本控制,实现共利共赢。文章主要对供应链管理导向下的房地产工程建设成本管理的相关问题进行探究,旨在进一步提升房地产项目开发经济效益,促进房地产企业的高效发展。
In the context of the development of market economy, the growth trend of real estate profits slows down, the pressure of market competition increases, and the policy of the government’s macro-policy regulation and control continues to exert an influence, so that the profit space of real estate project development is gradually reduced. In this case, it is necessary for real estate enterprises to establish the concept of supply chain cost management, to achieve project cost control under the cooperation of the whole supply chain, and to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. This paper mainly explores the related issues of real estate project construction cost management under the guidance of supply chain management, in order to further improve the economic benefits of real estate project development and promote the efficient development of real estate enterprises.
