In the context of the development of market economy, the growth trend of real estate profits slows down, the pressure of market competition increases, and the policy of the government’s macro-policy regulation and control continues to exert an influence, so that the profit space of real estate project development is gradually reduced. In this case, it is necessary for real estate enterprises to establish the concept of supply chain cost management, to achieve project cost control under the cooperation of the whole supply chain, and to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
