摘要
金川二矿区双中段开采属于高地应力下开采,面临水平矿柱、大体积回填体失稳等诸多风险,为了保证金川矿区生产安全,该文针对金川二矿区中双中段开采稳定性问题,以金川二矿区1000 m中段与850 m中段同时开采为研究对象,建立矿体三维模型,采用数值模拟方法进行回采顺序优选,设置三种对照方案,分别为:从左到右依次开采、从两边到中间和从中间到两边依次开采,分析不同采矿方案下水平矿柱、充填体和围岩应力沉降变化.研究结果表明:从左至右依次开采各个盘区更有利于采场稳定性,开采过程中较危险区域出现在1000 m水平矿柱大跨度区域与充填体边缘.
Mining of the double middle sections in Jinchuan No.2 Mining area belongs to mining under high in-situ stress and faces many risks such as instability of horizontal pillars and large volume backfill.In order to ensure the production safety of Jinchuan Mining area,aiming at the mining stability of double middle sections of Jinchuan No.2 mining area,the concurrent mining of 1000 m and 850 m sections of Jinchuan No.2 mining area as the research object is taken,and the three-dimensional model of ore-body is established.The mining sequence was optimized by numerical simulation method,and three schemes were set up,respectively:mining from left to right,from both sides to the middle and from middle to both sides in turn.The stress and settlement changes of horizontal pillar,backfill and surrounding rock under different mining schemes are analyzed and compared.The research results show that the mining from left to right is more conducive to the stability of the mining,and the more dangerous areas appear in the long span area of the 1000 m horizontal pillar and the edge of the backfilling body.
