摘要
针对难于分离的含油污泥物料,提出使用擦洗剥离技术进行含油污泥分离处理,并开展了试验研究。结果表明,最优的擦洗试验参数条件为:擦洗矿浆浓度70%、擦洗介质与物料的比例1∶1、搅拌线速度5.3 m/s、搅拌时间10 min、不加温、双层搅拌擦洗时的擦洗效果最佳。验证试验结果表明,采用擦洗剥离技术处理后的污泥含油率可降低到0.51%,达到含油污泥的处理标准,用擦洗剥离技术处理含油污泥具有高的可行性,可为工业化生产提供设计依据。
For oily sludge materials are difficult to separate.Scrubbing and stripping technology is proposed and experimental research is carried out to separate oily sludge.The results show that the optimal scrubbing test parameters conditions are as follows:the concentration of scrubbing pulp is 70%,the ratio of scrubbing medium to material is 1∶1,the stirring line speed is 5.3 m/s,the stirring time is 10 min,the scrubbing effect is the best without heating and double-layer stirring scrubbing.The verification test results show that the oil content of sludge treated by scrubbing glass technology can reduced to 0.51%,which meets the treatment standard of oily sludge.The scrubbing and stripping technology is highly feasible to treat oily sludge,which can provide design basis for industrial production.
