青少年型开角型青光眼滤过手术的长期临床疗效

Long Term Outcomes of Trabeculectomy in Juvenile Open Angle Glaucoma

【目的】探讨青少年型开角型青光眼小梁切除术长期疗效。【方法】回顾性研究收集18岁以内接受小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C(MMC)的青少年型开角型青光眼共31例55眼,比较手术前后眼压及其他眼部参数。【结果】所有患者术后眼压比术前明显降低(t=12.254,P<0.001),手术前后C/D值、眼轴长度、视野MD值、视力及屈光度无明显变化,术后第1、3、6年手术完全成功率分别为92.7%、70.4%、42.6%。手术条件成功率分别为92.7%、81.0%、81.0%。术中及术后未发生严重并发症。【结论】小梁切除术联合MMC是治疗青少年型开角型青光眼一种较为安全、成功率较高的手术方式。

【Objective】To evaluate the long term efficacy of trabeculectomy in juvenile open angle glaucoma(JOAG).【Methods】A total of 55 eyes of 31 patients with JOAG,who underwent trabeculectomy within 18 years old were retrospec⁃tively studied.Pre-and post-operative IOPs and other parameters were evaluated.【Results】The post-op IOPs were signifi⁃cantly lower than that of pre-op IOPs(t=12.254,P<0.001).There was no significant change in C/D ratio,axial length,MD value of visual field,visual acuity and diopter before and after operation.The complete success rates for all eyes at 1,3 and 6 years after operation were 92.7%,70.4%and 42.6%,respectively.The conditional success rates were 92.7%,81.0%and 81.0%,respectively.There were no severe intraoperative or post-op complications.【Conclusion】Trabeculecto⁃my combined with MMC is a safe and successful method for the treatment of JOAG.
