清肺散配方颗粒治疗咳嗽(风邪犯肺型)的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Qingfeisan Formula Granules in Treating Cough(Type of Wind Evil Invades Lung)

目的研究分析风邪犯肺型咳嗽患者应用清肺散配方颗粒治疗的效果。方法选取该院2019年1月—2021年4月收治的60例风邪犯肺型咳嗽患者,按照数字表法随机分组,每组30例,应用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗患者为对照组,加用清肺散配方颗粒治疗患者为研究组。以两组患者症状积分、临床疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应为观察指标,并统计对比观察结果。结果在咳痰、咳嗽积分方面,研究组治疗后分别为(0.94±0.20)分、(0.96±0.22)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.117、4.997,P<0.05)。在临床总有效率方面,研究组(96.67%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后白细胞介素-4(151.39±12.32)μg/L、白细胞介素-5(119.68±10.32)μg/L、白细胞介素-13(39.67±4.62)ng/L,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.784、3.647、4.975,P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清肺散配方颗粒治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽患者效果十分确切,有助于减轻患者症状,具有安全、可靠的特点,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Qingfeisan formula granules in the treatment of patients with cough caused by wind evil and lung.Methods 60 patients with wind evil invading the lung cough treated in the hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group according to the digital table method.The patients treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation were used as the control group,and the patients treated with Qingfei powder formula particles on the basis of the control group were used as the study group.The two groups of patients'symptom scores,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions were used as observation indicators.And statistically compared the observation results.Results In terms of sputum and cough scores,the scores of the study group after treatment were(0.94±0.20)points and(0.96±0.22)points respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.117,4.997,P<0.05).In terms of the total clinical effective rate,the study group(96.67%)was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment in the study group,interleukin-4(151.39±12.32)μg/L,interleukin-5(119.68±10.32)μg/L,and interleukin-13(39.67±4.62)ng/L were significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.784,3.647,4.975,P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,comparison of two group the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The Qingfeisan formula granules are effective in treating patients with wind-evil and lung-type cough,which can help relieve the symptoms of patients.It is safe and reliable and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
