雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗女性更年期综合征患者的内分泌水平及临床症状改善效果探讨

Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Female Menopausal Syndrome Patients with Endocrine Levels and Clinical Symptoms Improvement Effect

目的研究雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗女性更年期综合征对患者内分泌水平及临床症状的改善效果。方法选择2020年1—12月178例女性更年期综合征患者为该次研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照随机数表法分为对照组88例、观察组90例,其中对照组接受戊酸雌二醇、坤泰胶囊+黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组接受雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,比较两组内分泌水平、临床症状、安全性、总有效率。结果观察组治疗6个疗程后E2水平高于对照组,FSH、LH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.639、6.416、12.067,P<0.05),T水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗3、6个疗程后Kupperman评分为(15.42±2.94)分、(8.97±1.16)分,均低于对照组(17.67±3.12)分、(11.15±1.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.953、9.934,P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率为5.56%,与对照组治疗期间不良反应总发生率6.82%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.122,P>0.05)。观察组治疗6个疗程后总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.601,P<0.05)。结论雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗女性更年期综合征患者优于应用戊酸雌二醇坤泰胶囊,其能更明显改善内分泌状况及临床症状,获得更高的疗效,且安全性良好,有广泛应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome on the endocrine level and clinical symptoms of patients.Methods 178 female menopausal syndrome patients from January to December 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis for this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into 88 cases in the control group and 90 cases in the observation group.The control group received estradiol valerate,Kuntai capsule+progesterone capsule treatment,and the observation group received estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets treatment.The endocrine level,clinical symptoms,safety,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 courses of treatment,the E2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of FSH and LH were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.639,6.416,12.067,P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between T level and the control group(P>0.05).The Kupperman scores of the observation group after treatment 3 and 6 courses were(15.42±2.94)points and(8.97±1.16)points,which were lower than those of the control group(17.67±3.12)points and(11.15±1.72)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.953,9.934,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period of the observation group was 5.56%,which was not statistically different from the total incidence of 6.82%during the treatment of the control group(χ^(2)=0.122,P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after 6 courses of treatment was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.27%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.601,P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol tablets/estradiol didroxyprogesterone tablets is better than estradiol valerate Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.It can significantly improve endocrine status and clinical symptoms,obtain higher curative effect,have good safety and have wide application value.
