聚普瑞锌辅助治疗对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者血清炎症因子、消化功能及黏膜愈合质量的影响

Effect of Adjuvant Polyprezinc Treatment on Serum Inflammatory Factors,Digestive Function and Quality of Mucosal Healing in Patients with Hp-positive Peptic Ulcer

目的分析聚普瑞锌辅助治疗对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者血清炎症因子、消化功能及黏膜愈合质量的影响。方法选择医院2019年1月—2020年5月诊治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者89例。采用随机数字法将患者分成基础组(n=43)和辅助组(n=46)。基础组患者接受四联法治疗,辅助组患者在雷贝拉唑治疗基础上辅以聚普瑞锌。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清炎症因子、消化功能及黏膜愈合质量。结果辅助组患者总有效率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前基础组和辅助组患者IL-8、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,辅助组患者IL-8(17.49±3.24)ng/mL、TNF-α(20.18±2.85)ng/mL低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.651、5.339,P<0.05)。治疗前基础组和辅助组患者的胃泌素和胃动素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,辅助组患者胃泌素(302.40±10.03)ng/L和胃动素(93.04±5.47)ng/L低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.312、23.940,P<0.05)。辅助组黏膜组织总改善率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.917,P<0.05)。结论聚普瑞锌辅助治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者能显著机体血清炎症因子释放,改善消化功能,促使黏膜愈合,提升疗效,建议使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of adjuvant polyprezinc treatment on serum inflammatory factors,digestive function and mucosal healing quality of Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients.Methods 89 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into basic group(n=43)and auxiliary group(n=46)by random number method.Patients in the basic group received quadruple therapy,and patients in the auxiliary group were supplemented with polyprezinc on the basis of rabeprazole treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,digestive function and mucosal healing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the auxiliary group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αbetween the basic group and the auxiliary group(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-8(17.49±3.24)ng/mL and TNF-α(20.18±2.85)ng/mL in the auxiliary group were lower than those in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.651,5.339,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of gastrin and motilin between the basic group and the auxiliary group(P>0.05).After treatment,gastrin(302.40±10.03)ng/L and motilin(93.04±5.47)ng/L in the auxiliary group were lower than those in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.312,23.940,P<0.05).The total improvement rate of mucosal tissue in the auxiliary group was higher than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.917,P<0.05).Conclusion Polyprezinc adjuvant treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients can significantly release the body's serum inflammatory factors,improve digestive function,promote mucosal healing,and improve efficacy.It is recommended.
