摘要
为了应对社会发展进程中的各类问题,实现生活更加便捷、环境更加友好、资源更加节约的可持续发展已成为社会发展的必然趋势,应运而生的智慧楼宇则是重要载体之一。本文通过深入分析当前智慧楼宇的发展现状与趋势,结合目前的技术分析,提出办公楼智慧楼宇建设及应用对策,希望为国内办公楼应对智能化发展趋势提供参考经验。
In order to deal with all kinds of problems in the process of social development, it has become an inevitable trend of social development to achieve more convenient life, more friendly environment, and more resource-saving sustainable development. The intelligent buildings that came into being is one of the important carriers. Through indepth analysis of the current development status and trend of intelligent buildings, combined with the current technical analysis, the construction and application countermeasures of intelligent buildings in office buildings are put forward in this paper, hoping to provide reference experience for domestic office buildings to deal with the intelligent development trend.
