摘要 本文以内蒙古自治区赤峰监狱迁建工程项目为例,详细介绍大跨度预应力现浇空心楼盖施工特点及关键技术。本工程厂房采用大跨度预应力现浇空心楼盖技术,其中,预应力施工采用无黏结后张法,空心板填充所用材料是一种带加强层与漏浆孔的发泡材料填充箱。预应力现浇空心楼盖施工工艺简单可靠,代替传统井字梁结构,增加了结构净高,混凝土表观质量良好。 Taking Chifeng prison relocation project in Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper introduces the construction characteristics and key technologies of large span prestressed cast-in-place hollow floor in detail. The large span prestressed cast-in-situ hollow floor technology is used in this project, in which the unbonded post-tensioning method is used in the prestressed construction. The filling material of the hollow plate is a foaming material filling box with strengthened layer and leakage hole. The construction technology of prestressed cast-in-situ hollow floor is simple and reliable, which replaces the traditional well beam structure, increases the net height of the structure and the apparent quality of concrete.
