建筑工程中的暖通空调节能技术应用研究

STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF HVAC ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY IN BUILDING ENGINEERING

近年来,暖通空调节能技术在建筑工程中发挥的作用越来越重要,也越来越受到人们的广泛关注。暖通空调节能技术不仅可以促进建筑项目的整体质量,满足环保要求,而且可以提高人们的居住条件,是现阶段我国实现建筑工程和生态环境和谐发展的重要技术。从以往暖通空调节能技术在建筑工程中的应用情况来看,其在实际应用中还存在一些不足之处,对建筑工程质量和后续居民的使用情况造成了一定的影响。基于此,本文阐述了暖通空调节能技术的应用情况和提高暖通空调系统节能设计的措施,并分析了某写字楼关于暖通空调系统节能改造的施工方案,希望对建筑工程中暖通空调节能领域的发展有所帮助。

In recent years, the energy-saving technology of HVAC plays an increasingly important role in building engineering, and has attracted more and more attention.It can not only promote the overall quality of construction projects to meet the requirements of environmental protection, but also improve people’s living conditions. It is an important technology to realize the harmonious development of construction projects and ecological environment in China at this stage. From the previous application of HVAC energysaving technology in construction projects, there are still some shortcomings in its practical application, which have a certain impact on the quality of construction projects and the use of subsequent residents. Based on this, the application of HVAC energy-saving technology and the measures to improve the energy saving design of HVAC system are expounded in this paper, and the construction scheme of energy-saving transformation of HVAC system in an office building is analyzed, hoping to help the development of HVAC energy-saving field in construction engineering.
