随着我国建筑工程体系的不断完善,建筑行业逐渐朝着规范化、标准化的方向发展。然而,由于我国建筑行业发展时间较短,业界对建筑工程管理的重视程度仍有待提升。管理水平不高、管理方法落后、管理模式陈旧是我国建筑行业普遍存在的问题,这些问题严重制约了我国建筑行业的发展。因此,研究建筑工程管理中创新模式的应用及发展,对于建筑行业的发展具有重要意义。

With the continuous improvement of China’s construction system, the construction industry is gradually moving towards standardization. However, due to the short development time of China’s construction industry, the importance of construction engineering management in the industry remains to be improved. Low management level,backward management methods, and outdated management mode are common problems in China’s construction industry, which seriously restrict the development of China’s construction industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the application and development of innovative models in construction engineering management for the development of construction industry.
