摘要
现阶段,随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对施工质量的要求不断提高,传统的建筑工程管理体系已经无法满足时代的发展需求。因此,建筑企业需要不断创新管理模式,提高建筑工程质量,保证建筑行业的可持续发展。基于此,本文探讨了建筑工程管理中创新模式的应用及发展趋势,希望可以促进建筑行业的创新发展。
At present, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for construction quality, the traditional construction engineering management system has been unable to meet the development needs of the times.Therefore, the management mode should be continuously innovated, the quality of construction projects should be improved, and the sustainable development of the construction industry should be guaranteed. Based on this,this paper discusses the application and development trend of innovation mode in construction engineering management,hoping to promote the innovation and development of construction industry.
